If you have already set up your Organization’s Account:

1. Upon logging in you will be directed to the Applicant dashboard

2. Select Programs and then select Complete Eligibility Profile

3. Once complete, you will be directed to the Programs page

4. Ensure you have verified your email address as you will be unable to complete/access certain tasks or submit otherwise

5. Select Stage 1 Pre-Qualification to launch the Application

If you have have not yet registered your Organization’s account:

1. Create an account for your Organization

2. Registering yourself for an Individual account

3. Sharing the link with any members of your team who you plan to have assisting you with the application, so that they can create their accounts

4. Proceed with following the instructions above

If you are not yet ready to apply, but wanted more information:

We recommend creating your Organization’s account on the Application site. Creating an account will allow you to access the Stage 1 Pre-Qualification Application, supporting detail, and will ensure you receive the most up to date information as you consider an application.
