Thank you for your interest in applying to the Rental Protection Fund!
You have reached our application portal.
If your organization wishes to apply for funding to acquire or protect rental housing to support long-term affordability, the first step is to register your non-profit organization in our system.
Once you have an account, you will be asked to fill out an eligibility profile that asks about your organization type, purpose, and founding, as well as basic information about your current portfolio.
To be eligible to acquire a property with us, you must be a registered non-profit, co-op, Indigenous housing provider, or First Nations organization.
When your profile is complete, you can start the Stage 1 - Applicant Pre-Qualification application.
